Hey! My name is Santosh Lakshman and I'm a Software Engineer II at Traba.

I work on Traba's Money team, building payment infrastructure for the gig economy — earned wage access (Instant Pay), payroll disbursement via Stripe and Zeal, and clearing house systems. Traba is backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.

Before Traba, I spent 2+ years at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer on the UnifiedAuth team, building telemetry and authentication systems serving 300K+ internal services.

Earlier, I interned at Sage as a Machine Learning Intern, building an NLP model to match user questions with domain experts — driving 10K MAU organically.

I graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in March 2023 with a B.S. in Computer Science (GPA 4.0), with coursework in Algorithms, Operating Systems, Databases, Networking, and Machine Learning.
